Ube Icecream

ube-icecreamIngredients:

  • 1 bottle Ube jam
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 510g whipped cream

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend it until all is smooth, Freeze for 2 hours then whisk using wire whisk. After that put back in the freezer. Freeze until set – at least 4-5 hours. Enjoy!!!
